Its rooms are generous-sized with separate bedroom, seating as a studio, for instance as advertised. The breakfast choices are sensational and great.

The location was stunning in the city centre and the staff here was super-friendly. Besides, it was really close to the restaurants, Knysna Quays and all the restaurants and the Waterfront, Thesen Island and other areas 

Had lovely stay on holidays. It was in an excellent location right by taxi rank, and the waterfront and many restaurants. We spent evenings at Loui's Restaurant & Pub, situated 300 metres from the hotel.  

An unbeatable and magnificent location, I would definitely go again. Thanks for a very special stay on holidays.

The hotel was situated in the central location somewhere on the Mountain. The food was great and the staff were amazingly attentive.

Really lovely stay, as always. Nice looking and stylish accommodation with ideal setting right by the ocean, water front and shopping, and all restraunts. Sensational breakfast and great food. Functional, generous sized rooms provided with comfortable beds, 

The location was marvellous for walking around Knysna Waterfront. What's more, it was short walk to the square, the waterfront, and shops and restaurants. Double room was with an electric kettle, a personal safe and

Overall had perfect stay on holidays. The stuff where all attentive, efficient. The standard twin room we stayed in was nice modern with seating as a studio.

Functional and brand-new unit with lovely linens, very amiable staff. Magnificent location close to Knysna Quays and all the restaurants, great restaurants and the Waterfront, Thesen Island and other areas of interest.  

I ate at a good restaurant for breakfast. It had an exceptionally comfortable bed, an electronic safe, coffee, and free wireless internet access.

The rooms are huge and perfectly clean with poolview. The breakfast is sensational and great, and the location is marvellous right by the waterfront and many restaurants as well as the restaurant.

Conveniently located near Knysna waterfront and local restaurants, with a mosque nearby for Muslim worshippers. Well-maintained rooms with trendy and unique decor. Close to shops and amenities. Safe underground parking available. Good 

We were given an upgrade and the hotel was brand new and very comfortable and well designed. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and location was right in the centre of Knysna.

Cost of laundry was prohibitive.
